Why STEnG is special
The staff at STEnG organisations will speak with you about how you want to be supported. They will give you the help you want and need.
You will be helped to learn at your own pace.
Most of what you learn will be while you are working. Only a little bit of learning is done in the class room.
You can work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Once you have been with us for a while, we can help you look for a different learning or work opportunity. Some STEnG members offer job clubs, where you can learn skills related to looking for a job, applying for a job that interests you and how to keep this job. Other organisations provide more one-to-one help.
And, very importantly: we believe in having fun at work!
